Private Medical Insurance Update

For all existing and new medical insurance patients (excluding BUPA patients), Origin Health will no longer be billing insurance companies directly and will expect full payment for services from the patients directly.

Origin Health will provide receipts to patients, which they may then be able to use to be reimbursed by their insurance companies depending on their individual policies.

Please check with your medical insurer first regarding billing, before booking your appointment, as they may not cover the full cost of your treatment.
