About Yoga at Origin Health
Evidence has shown that regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains (including low back pain), stress and depression.
The main components are posture (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
Yoga can be done by anyone of any age and level of fitness.
At Origin Health, our advanced instructor(s) are trained in Jivamutki, Vinyassa, Mandala and Yin. The classes are relaxing yet challenging and focus on the individual needs of clients.
